Making the right decision to hire can be daunting; it is a task that requires much time and attention, but with so many scheduling perspectives to consider, utilizing our staffing services will be the perfect solution to your child care center’s needs.
If your scheduling needs go awry, consider one of the following programs below to determine if a candidate meets your school's standards prior to making the commitment to hire.
Temporary support
For seasonal work, family medical leaves, or planned absences, our temporary substitutes are available for your weekly or monthly scheduling needs.
direct hire
Our Direct Hire program allows a candidate to be immediately retained upon completing a successful working interview. With a Direct Hire all viable candidates perform working interviews within the school. A working interview is typically 3-5 hours in a classroom and 1 hour 1:1 with the Director for interview questioning, however the working interview can be tailored to your needs.
temp - to- hire
The Temp-to-Hire option allows a school to work with a candidate for a trial period of 30 days prior to making a commitment to hire. The center director will use the 30 days to observe and supervise the candidate, if after the 30 days the candidate and center director mutually agree to form a working relationship, the center can retain the candidate as a permanent employee. Candidates can be retained earlier than 30 days if requested.
